Customer Rating: Summary: Awful, over recycled and decpetive Comment: I can't believe how much of the same BS they can stuff into so many varieties of DVDs; call it in different names but really deliver the same thing. These are the same interviews appeared before by Nick Simper, Glen Hughes, Blackmore, MKIII, and another panel of "experts". Tommy Bolin's "interview" is really a hollow pile of incoherent words on an audio track (no video footage).
Those experts should really look for another job. Some of them are downright ridiculous with their "educated" assessment. It sure was hilarious to hear their crap.
I usually see new stuff about DP and immediately buy it. This time I fell for this crap. It is way overpriced, filled with poor quality footages (can't imagine how they screwed it up with the recycled material. Previous DVDs with the same videos were in a better quality...). If you already bought other archived material in the past (such as Stormbringer: the inside story), you definitely don't need this to your collection. It is like buying the same book twice: one hard cover and the other in paper back... Good job Amazon! (Thought it is really not Amazon who issued it...). It's not by Deep Purple as Amazon suggests. It's just a deceptive manipulating greedy studio who wants to recycle material, resell and just make more money without delivering...

DVD one draws on archive footage of Deep Purple playing in concert and features the candid reflections of former band members Nick Simper, Glenn Hughes, Ritchie Blackmore, Jon Lord, Ian Paice, Ian Gillan, David Coverdale and one of the last interviews with the late Tommy Bolin. DVD two features an in-depth analysis of their album, "Burn." Hughes joins a panel of experts for an in depth look at the album which became a rock landmark. Also featured is rare footage and live broadcasts of Deep Purple on tour in the USA promoting "Burn."
